This is when it all starts. Just in time to see in the new millennium. Our idea is simply to innovate - but we are far from imagining what the future holds.
We catch the sustainable development bug. We bid for an Ademe / Nicolas Hulot Foundation tender and win. We’re hooked. There's no looking back.
We get our very first Veritas quality certification, "VeriSelect", for our management system. At the time this seems like a big achievement. In fact, it’s only the first of many.
We do our first carbon assessment. Benchmarking ...
We organize our first "Entre Nous" - an inspiring agency get-together, aimed at raising employee awareness on issues of sustainability. It’s a great success. Internally, we’re now all on the same wavelength. So we invite friendly clients along. We’re still doing it. United we stand.
We support Pierre Rabhi and the Colibris in their "We’re All Candidates" campaign.
A new message format is created - The Big Picture. The idea is to counter growing public scepticism towards the corporate messages people are swamped with. It’s the start of an adventure where each new story teaches us better ways to talk to people.
It’s the kick-off year for audits - Ecocert 26000, Ecocert Climate Commitment and B Corp. We continue to overhaul our internal organisation and governance, and opt for holacracy. The goal - to unleash talent and increase efficiency within the company.
We issue our own currency, the Follis, a poetic and symbolic coin that strengthens our bonds with other like-minded organisations and sympathisers in a world that desperately needs to reconnect to itself.
What comes next? We don’t really know. We just know we'll keep trying to do our fair share.

In his beady eye, you can see all the rigour and precision of a genuine Mac operator. And he’s the real deal… our “Mr. Mac Operator".
When the going gets wobbly, Bastyen stands firm. When people start wavering, Bastyen stands firm. In fact, when Bastyen's plans work out, it's because Bastyen has been standing firm.
Part of the agency since she was small, she has gradually got less and less small. Bénédicte is now our (very) senior Account Director.
Behind Delphine’s smile there’s an undeniable rigour. So her clients are smiling too. Delphine is Account Director.
Dominique seeks to create beauty all around him. Beauty in the compost he creates at the agency, but above all beauty in his role as Art Director. Far from being incompatible, the two go hand in hand.
"Frédérics" are generally nice people. Ours is officially responsible for instilling niceness into all our proposals and recommendations.

Few people have Jean's nimble footwork. That’s what it takes to guide the Agency on the right sustainable trajectory. Jean works on our CSR strategy.
Jean-Michel is governance personified. At Sidiese, he coaches us and develops our organisation and collective intelligence based on the principles of holacracy.
A good ambiance is important - it increases efficiency, speed and cooperation. Julie really knows how to create a good ambiance, especially in the projects she is responsible for.
Behind all good communication, there is good team communication. When dealing with clients, Laetitia takes particular care of relationships, dialogue and communication.
Big hearted, and with a big talent - Laurent is sensitive to many things. That’s a bit what you would expect from the creative part of the agency.
Energy may be a major sustainable issue, but Nicolas seems to have an inexhaustible supply of it. Exactly what he needs as the Operational Director of the agency.
Looking for an idea? Not Patrice – he’s already found one. Unless it found him? In any case, no problem – he’s always got an idea.
At Sidièse, Pierre is someone who counts. Literally. He’s our Administrative and Financial Officer.
In her work, Roxane sets out to learn absolutely as much as possible. This means that every subject is a source of interest and personal involvement.
Life has become digital and Sebastien is equally at home on the other side of the screen.
